Our core values

  2. Gospel of service: the drive and inspiration in all our work. Hence spiritual formation shall be therefore integral part of whatever we do, emphasizing on close relationship between the Faith we profess and the service we give.

  3. Sharing: Be your brother’s keeper. Poor people call us to be together and ask us to focus on what unite us hence fostering an ecumenical approach. We believe that each person or community has got talents and resources which can be shared for the good of all. Promoting solidarity and sharing with needy among the able forms the starting point of our work.

  4. Gifts: the poor and vulnerable are a gift to each one of us. A resource for our community and not a problem. In our experience sharing with the poor and the vulnerable generates love and happiness.

  5. Inner transformation and respect: whichever the condition one might be in, is a child of God and respect is fundamental. We all are called to help each other in our transformation Process since we have been helped ourselves to start working for love and solidarity.

  6. Training: Empowerment for needy person is very important for them to be able to solve their own problems. We need to combine our professionalism with our motivation.
  7. Partnership: No man is an island we all need to work with each person without judging or condemning anyone. We believe that the strong and weak need each other just like the rich need the poor.

  8. Volunteering: we promote voluntary service since we believe that we have freely received our talents, resources and gifts for the benefit of those in need.

  9. Togetherness: it’s only through community that change can be experienced. hence, involving other people, institutions and stakeholders in our work and decision making is therefore core to us

  10. Honesty, transparency, integrity and accountability in are highly valued in all that we do. We commit ourselves towards effective and efficient utilization of resources meant for the poor and vulnerable.

  11. Simplicity: we value being simple in our lifestyle because we believe that we are called to live a life close to the poor people we serve.

Witness: we believe that we are called to stand and witness Jesus Christ among others and commit ourselves to personal spiritual Growth
